We refer to our announcement dated 12 January 2026 and 9 February 2026 in relation to the investigation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission ("MACC").

The Company wishes to announce that it has today received a letter from MACC confirming that the ongoing investigation does not relate to IJM Corporation Berhad ("IJM") as an entity.  It has also clarified that the investigation is confined to several individuals associated with IJM, and not the Company itself.
