STATUS UPDATE ON THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN YINSON AND SUMITOMO CORPORATION ("SUMITOMO") FOR COLLABORATION IN FPSO AND FSO BUSINESS ("MOU")

Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement in respect of the MOU entered into between the Company and Sumitomo dated 20 April 2018 and its subsequent status updates, with the latest announcement dated 12 December 2025.


Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.


The Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as at the date of this announcement.
