The Company wishes to inform that a Case Management (CM) for Application 279 was scheduled on 17 March 2026 by way of e-review before the Deputy Registrar. During the CM, the Applicants' solicitor informed the Registrar that they had been instructed not to proceed with the transfer application filed in PW745, and further informed the Court of the same during the CM of PW745 yesterday.  

 

The said Registrar fixed a hearing date for this application (Enclosure 1) on 13 July 2026 before YA Judge Tuan Suhendran Sockanathan.
