Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company's announcements in relation to the Regularisation Plan.

 

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that all necessary requirements pursuant to Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements have been complied and submitted to Bursa Securities on 17 March 2026 for the implementation of the Employees' Share Scheme ("ESS"). Accordingly, the effective date of implementation of the ESS shall be 17 March 2026.

 

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that the Regularisation Plan has been completed following the effective date of implementation of the ESS on 17 March 2026.
