The Board of Directors of Gas Malaysia Berhad wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for the Company and its Subsidiaries to enter into Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders which will be dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company in due course.
