We wish to announce that NEXG-C70 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 17 March 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of NEXG-C70 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of NEXG-C70 x (RM0.2851 - RM0.4000) x (1/1.5)
= Number of NEXG-C70 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 0.2851 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the NEXG Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and NEXG-C70 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of NEXG-C70 shall terminate absolutely.
