We wish to announce that ECOSHOP-CL expired at 5.00 p.m. on 17 March 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of ECOSHOP-CL x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of ECOSHOP-CL x (RM1.4425 - RM1.5000) x (1/2)
= Number of ECOSHOP-CL x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 1.4425 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the ECOSHOP Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and ECOSHOP-CL shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of ECOSHOP-CL shall terminate absolutely.
