Wee Chuen Lii began his career with Pembinaan Tasja Sdn. Bhd. in 1997 as an Accounts Officer and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Accountant before leaving the company in 2000. He then joined EA Consulting (M) Sdn. Bhd. as an Accountant, where he was responsible for the company's accounting, finance and taxation functions.

He later served as an Accountant at Axon Solutions Sdn. Bhd. before joining DGB Asia Berhad as Group Finance Manager in 2009, where he oversaw financial and management reporting as well as the Group's financial risk management and internal control functions.

In 2012, he joined Huawei Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. as Business Finance Manager, overseeing the financial performance of the business group and advising on financial and project-related risks.

In 2015, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of LKL Advance Metaltech Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of LKL International Berhad, where he was responsible for overseeing the Group's accounting, financial management, tax planning and compliance with the listing requirements.

He later joined Eatcosys Sdn. Bhd. as Chief Financial Officer in 2021. He is currently a freelance financial consultant providing advisory services on accounting, finance and corporate matters to companies across various industries and also serves as a director of a private limited company in Malaysia.
