Today, 16 March 2026, was fixed for a Case Management (CM) of the above matter. During the CM of Enclosure 13 today, the Applicants' solicitor informed the Registrar that the Applicants' instructions not to proceed with Enclosure 13.

 

The said Registrar fixed 31 March 2026 for parties to physically appear before Yang Arif to submit on the issue of costs in respect of the withdrawal of Enclosure 13.
