We refer to the announcement made by ATECH dated 27 February 2026 in relation to the Final special single tier dividend of 2.0 sen per ordinary share ("Special Dividend"). The Special Dividend had subsequently went ex on 12 March 2026.

In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025, the Exercise Price and Exercise Ratio of ATECH-CS have been adjusted, as the adjustment amount exceeds 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
