Further to the Company's announcement in relation to the Variation and Extension on 12 March 2026, we wish to furnish the following additional information: - 

 

a) The development of the Group's eco-tourism project in Tanjong Malim, Perak ("Development") is still within the Company's plan and pipeline. Pursuant to the Variation and Extension, the Development will be funded via the Group's internally generated funds as and when needed; and 

 

b) The details on the reallocation of the Unutilised Proceeds of RM1.401 million to be used for working capital requirements of the Group's manufacturing division are as follows: -
