MALAKOFC77 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 November 2025 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. MALAKOFC77 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 February 2026 and the Term Sheet dated 16 March 2026.

MALAKOFC77 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of MALAKOFC77 is set out in the attachment.
