Reference is made to the announcement dated 16 October 2025 on the letter of acceptance received and executed by Propel CMT Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Propel Global Berhad, in joint venture with China State Construction Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of PGB wishes to announce that the JV has on 13 March 2026 accepted the letter of award dated 9 March 2026 on an additional work order for contract value of up to RM 59,040,000 (exclusive of tax) (“Additional Work”).

DETAILS OF THE ADDITIONAL WORK

The Additional Work covers the construction works for completion of the Consumer Landing Station including all associated works and completion of Infrastructure Works for ancillary buildings. The works which began on 22 January 2026 is expected to be completed by 30 May 2026.

FINANCIAL EFFECTS

The Additional Work is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of PGB Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2026. The Additional Work will not have effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of PGB.

RISK FACTORS

The risks associated with the Additional Work are normal operational risks, which can be mitigated through PGB Group's system of project management controls.

DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders or persons connected to them have any interest, directly or indirectly interest in the Additional Work.

DIRECTORS' STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of PGB is of the opinion that the acceptance of the Additional Work is in the best interest of PGB Group.
