Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Information Memorandum dated 9 January 2026 issued by BIMOffice Group Berhad ("Company"). 

The opening, closing and balloting dates of application are not applicable as this is a Placement within the meaning of Section 230 of the CMSA in conjunction with the listing of the Company on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities. This timetable is tentative and may be subject to changes to facilitate implementation procedures.
