The Board of Directors of Y.S.P. Southeast Asia Holding Bhd. ("the Company") wishes to announce that, the Company intends to seek the approval from its shareholders for the proposed shareholders' mandate in relation to the recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Circular to Shareholders containing information on the proposed mandate will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
