The Board of Directors of Y.S.P. Southeast Asia Holding Bhd. has proposed a final single-tier dividend of 7.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The said proposed single-tier dividend of 7.0 sen per ordinary share is subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

A further announcement will be made at a later date pertaining to the entitlement and payment dates once determined.
