We refer to the announcements dated 11 August 2022, 17 August 2022, 27 September 2022, 13 October 2022, 17 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 23 December 2022, 9 March 2023, 16 March 2023, 4 September 2023, 12 September 2023, 29 January 2024, 14 February 2024, 15 February 2024, 8 March 2024, 14 March 2024 and 15 March 2024 in relation to the Rights Issue and also announcements in relation to the updates of the utilisation of proceeds in the quarterly results dated 30 May 2024, 28 August 2024, 28 November 2024, 14 February 2025, 30 May 2025, 28 August 2025, 25 November 2025 and 13 February 2026 (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Company had on 15 March 2024 announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on the completion of the Rights Issue that the Company raised a total proceed of RM39,044,000.

As at 31 January 2026, DTB has utilised RM30,302,000 from the total proceeds raised from the Rights Issue. On 13 March 2026, the Board of Directors of DTB has approved the extension of the timeframe for the utilisation of the proceeds raised from the Rights Issue for twenty four (24) months up to 14 March 2028.
