With reference to PGF's announcement dated 8 March 2025, the Board of Directors of PGF ("Board") wishes to announce that as at the date of this announcement, PGF and its subsidiaries (“PGF Group” or “Group”) have yet to utilise approximately RM1.401 million of the Rights Issue Proceeds which was earmarked for expansion of business (“Unutilised Proceeds”).
The Board of Directors of PGF (“Board”) has deliberated and resolved to vary the Unutilised Proceeds of RM1.041 million which was initially earmarked for expansion of business to be utilised as general working capital (“Variation”). In addition, the Board has deliberated to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the Unutilised Proceeds for an additional six (6) months (“Variation and Extension”)..
