Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 5 January 2026 (“Announcement”).
Further to our Announcement, the Board wishes to announce that:
(i) the Vendor and the Purchaser have, on 12 March 2026, mutually agreed to extend the conditions fulfilment period of the Proposed Shares Disposal until 16 March 2026; and (ii) the Assignor and the Assignee have, on 12 March 2026, mutually agreed to extend the conditions fulfilment period of the Proposed Assignment until 16 May 2026.
Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SSA and the AA remain unchanged.
