We refer to the earlier announcements dated 18 August 2025, 4 September 2025, 17 September 2025, 22 September 2025 and 6 March 2026 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 12 March 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months until 21 September 2026 for the implementation of the Private Placement.
