Further to the announcement made on 11 March 2026, the Board of Directors of Hong Seng wishes to announce that during the case management fixed on 12 March 2026, the High Court has given the following directions:

 

(1) Court mediation has been fixed on 26 June 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at Kuala Lumpur High Court before YA Tuan Azlan bin Sulaiman;
(2) Parties to file pre-trial case management documents, including Agreed Facts, Issues to be Tried and Common Bundle of Documents (“PTCM Documents”) on or before 17 April 2026; and
(3) A case management is fixed on 21 April 2026 at 9:00 a.m. by way of Zoom before YA Dato Edwin Paramjothy A/L Michael Muniandy, for parties to update the Court as to status of PTCM Documents.
