The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Utilities Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Mutu Nusantara Sdn. Bhd.) (“MNUESB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 12 March 2026 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) dated 1 February 2026 awarded by a customer that providing infrastructure for hosting, data processing services and related activities (“Company A”) in relation to the project involving the implementation of a consumer substation (“CS”) (Plot 2) for a data centre located at Southern Region of Peninsular Malaysia (“Project”).
