The Board of Directors of AIZO Group Berhad (“Board”) wishes to announce that Uniqa (M) Sdn. Bhd., a 60% owned subsidiary of Techmile Resources Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 4 March 2026, received a letter from Bank Negara Malaysia ("BNM") in relation to the issuance of a Class B Money Services Business Licence (Remittance only).

The details of the licence issued are as follows:

• Licence Holder: Uniqa (M) Sdn. Bhd.
• Licence Type: Class B Licence to carry on Remittance Business.
• Validity Period: One (1) year, effective until 3 March 2027. The licence is renewable, and Uniqa is required to submit a renewal application to BNM at least two (2) months prior to the expiry date.

The issuance of this licence enables Uniqa to provide remittance services. This development is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets, and gearing of the AIZO Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.
