This announcement is made by CLSASM in relation to the non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of TM issued by CLSASM on 16 January 2026.

The expressions applied in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them as set out in the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 (“Base Prospectus”).

We refer to the announcement made by TM dated 25 February 2026 pursuant to the special interim dividend of RM0.04 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 ("Special Dividend"). In accordance with Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025, no adjustment will be made to TM-C2F pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of TM-C2F.

For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions therein shall prevail.
