Description	ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER THE ORDINARY SHARES OF TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD ("TM") ("TM SHARE(S)") ("TM-C1Y")
We refer to TM's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 25 February 2026 and 26 February 2026 respectively pursuant to the special single-tier dividend of RM0.04 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (“Special Dividend”). As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of TM-C1Y. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of TM-C1Y shall remain the same.
