The Company wishes to inform that today, 10 March 2026, was fixed for a Case Management (CM) of Application 754 (PW745). During the CM, the Applicant’s solicitor inform the Court that in for the Transfer Application (Enclosure 13), the Applicants’ Solicitor received instructions from the Applicants that they would like to re-consider whether or not to proceed with the said Application.
The Registrar then fixed the next CM of Enclosure 13 on 16 March 2026 to update the Court as abovementioned.
