She began her career in customer service support roles before joining United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad in 1996 as a Senior Officer in the Merchandising Department, where she involved in credit card promotional campaigns and customer loyalty initiatives. She subsequently left in 1997 and joined Executive Workplace (M) Sdn Bhd as a Researcher and progressed to Branch Lead for Malaysia, where she was responsible for delivering executive search assignments across Malaysia and selected regional markets. She subsequently left in 2001 to join BO LE Associate, Ltd as a Branch Head where she managed team members and business development activities. In 2003, she left to join Federal Auto Holdings Berhad, an automotive retail group, as Head of Human Resource Development, where she led recruitment transformation initiatives, graduate development programmes and organisational change efforts. She later left and joined LCL Corporation Berhad in 2005, an interior fit out and manufacturing group, as Senior Manager, Resource Development, before being appointed General Manager of its trading subsidiary, LCL Trading Sdn. Bhd., where she oversaw business restructuring and growth initiatives. 
From 2006 to 2012, she was with Louis Vuitton (M) Sdn. Bhd., holding roles including Store Manager, Operations Manager, and subsequently Human Resource & Training Manager. In these capacities, she was responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development and regional training functions across Malaysia, supporting Singapore, Indonesia and Taiwan. In 2012, she left the company and founded Luxury Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd., where she currently serves as Managing Director. 
The company provides management consulting, talent planning, leadership development, executive coaching and training services. She also founded Agensi Pekerjaan LBS Sdn. Bhd. in 2018, a private employment agency specialising in executive search and talent placement, as an Executive Director.
