Reference is made to SSBB’s announcements dated 22 December 2025, 12 January 2026, 23 January 2026, 29 January 2026, 3 February 2026 and 27 February 2026 in relation to the Offer (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in SSBB’s Announcements.

 
On behalf of the Offeror, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Offeror had on 10 March 2026, despatched the notice to Dissenting Shareholders, notifying them of the Offeror’s intention to compulsorily acquire any remaining Offer Shares held by the Dissenting Shareholders for which acceptances have not been received pursuant to subsection 222(1) of the CMSA (“Compulsory Acquisition Notice”).

Subject to the provisions of the CMSA, the Offeror shall be registered as the holder of the remaining Offer Shares not already owned by the Offeror and its PACs:

(i)   after the expiration of 1 month from the date of the Compulsory Acquisition Notice; or

(ii)   if applicable, after 14 days from the date of posting of the statement of the names and addresses of all other Dissenting Shareholders, to the Dissenting Shareholder upon his / her request,

whichever is later.

The compulsory acquisition exercise will be on the same terms and conditions as set out in the Offer.
