Reference is made to the announcement made by the Company on 9 January 2026, in relation to the recurrent related party transaction of a revenue or trading nature (“RRPT”) entered into by CBH Infra Sdn. Bhd. (“CBH Infra”), a 70% owned subsidiary of the Company, in its ordinary course of business with GCG Electrical Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“GCG Electrical”).

Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(b) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“AMLR”), the Board of Directors of CBHB ("the Board") wishes to announce that CBH Infra had engaged GCG Electrical for the provision of underground utilities works with a total aggregated transaction value of RM1,026,373.94 (“Contract Works”) for the period from 10 January 2026 to the date of this announcement. The aggregate value of the RRPT has amounted to RM1.0 million or more and has exceeded 1% of the relevant percentage ratio as at the date of this announcement.
