Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement dated 6 March 2026.

Further to the Company’s Announcement dated 6 March 2026, BPHB wishes to announce the following additional information:

1. Mexajati Sdn Bhd is principally engaged in civil and building contracting. Its directors are Alison Ribas Anak Nicholas, Mashella binti Mohamad Ajis, and Huang Lee Ming. The shareholders are Alison Ribas Anak Nicholas holding 7,950,000 ordinary shares (72%) and Mashella binti Mohamad Ajis holding 3,050,000 ordinary shares (28%).

2. The project involves road upgrading works, including earthworks, geotechnical works, drainage, and bridges across the Limbang districts, with a contract sum of RM42.5 million.

3. The contract is for a period of sixteen (16) months, commencing on 10 March 2026 and scheduled for completion in 2nd quarter of 2027.
