The Board of Directors of EHB wishes to announce that on 10 March 2026, the Plaintiff’s solicitors confirmed that the Plaintiff had been struck off due to non-filing of statutory documents. In view that the Plaintiff has been struck off from the Registers of the General Registry Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, the Court had on 10 March 2026 ordered that the suit against Eduspec Holdings Bhd and Lim Een Hong be struck out with costs of RM20,000.00 to each Eduspec Holdings Bhd and Lim Een Hong respectively, subject to allocator fee.
