We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 35,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of PCHEM by way of market making.

The PCHEM-C2G is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The PCHEM-C2G is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025. The PCHEM-C2G is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2025. The obligations of MCSM under PCHEM-C2G are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 12 September 2025.
