The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the following dormant subsidiaries of the Company have been placed under Members’ Voluntary Winding-Up (“winding-up”) pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 on 9 March 2026.
(i) Affluent Lifestyle Sdn Bhd (collectively referred as "Dormant Subsidiaries")
In relation thereto, Ms Toh Kian Beng of SOHO Suites @ KLCC, Block A2, Level 28-3 & 3A, No. 20, Jalan Perak, 50450 Kuala Lumpur was appointed as the Liquidator to conduct the winding-up on the same day.
The winding-up of the Dormant Subsidiaries will not have any material effect on the consolidated earnings or net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.
None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the winding-up of the Dormant Subsidiaries.
