The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that GPB has, on 9 March 2026, entered into a Share Sale Agreement with the vendors of A Tech Insure (“A Tech”). Under the agreement, GPB will acquire a 75% equity stake in A Tech for a total purchase consideration of RM9.98 million.
