The MAYBANKC2N is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 May 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MAYBANKC2N is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 March 2026 and the Term Sheet dated 9 March 2026.

The MAYBANKC2N will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 27 May 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 October 2025 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 6 March 2026.
