The Board of Directors (“Board”) of MUIP wishes to announce that Flamepro Limited (“FL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cesuco Trading Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUIP had on 6 March 2026 entered into a preference share subscription and holders’ agreement (“PSSHA”) with London Vista Hotel Limited (“LVHL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUI Media Ltd and which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malayan United Industries Berhad (“MUIB”), for the subscription of 1,000,000 cumulative redeemable non-convertible preference shares (“CRNCPS”) representing 15.8% of the total number of the issued CRNCPS of LVHL (“Subscribed CRNCPS”) for a total cash consideration of GBP1,000,000 (“Subscription Consideration”) (collectively known as “Proposed Subscription”).
