(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 26 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 26 February 2026 and 27 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities and Astramina Advisory are pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 6 March 2026, approved the listing and quotation of 46,768,000 new Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:

(i)         Citaglobal and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii)        TA Securities to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the Shareholders at the general meeting approving the Proposed Private Placement, prior to the listing of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement;

(iii)        TA Securities is required to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees in accordance with Paragraph 6.15 of the Listing Requirements as soon as practicable before the listing of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement;

(iv)       Citaglobal and TA Securities are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(v)        Citaglobal is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.

In relation to the circular to Shareholders on the Proposed Private Placement, Citaglobal is required to incorporate the comments provided.
