The Board of Directors of Agricore wishes to announce that Bapas Food Products Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201401048709 (1124898-K)) (“Bapas” or the “Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agricore, had on 6 March 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Golden Premier Development Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202101041401 (1441701-D)) (“GPD” or the “Vendor”) for the acquisition of the Property (as defined in Section 2.3) for a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Six Million One Hundred and Twenty Thousand (RM6,120,000.00) only (“Purchase Consideration”) and upon the terms and conditions of the Agreement (“hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Acquisition”).
