The Board of Directors of Wawasan (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Wawasan Dengkil Sdn. Bhd. (“WDSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 6 March 2026 accepted the letter of award dated 5 March 2026 (“LOA”) awarded by Landasan Angsana Sdn. Bhd. (“LASB”) for the execution and completion of earthworks and other related works for Phase 1 (B) (22.91 acres), Phase 2 (13.52 acres) and Phase 3 (45.52 acres) at part of Precinct 5C (146.85 Acres), Northern Zone, UMW High Value Manufacturing Park, Bandar Serendah, Daerah Hulu Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan (“the Sub-Contract Works”).
