We refer to the announcements made on 20 August 2025, 27 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 8 September 2025, 9 September 2025, 19 September 2025 and 22 September 2025 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the approval from Bursa Securities dated 8 September 2025 for the Private Placement had lapsed on 6 March 2026 (“Approval”).
The Company had completed the listing of 59,451,900 Placement Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 22 September 2025, and the Private Placement is deemed completed upon the expiry of the Approval.
