Second annual coupon payment of 0.10% per annum (less any applicable Malaysian Tax which is required to be deducted or withheld) for RM0.05 nominal value Irredeemable Convertible Unsecured Loan Stocks ("ICULS") for the period from 02 Apr 2025  to  01 Apr 2026

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Coupon” as from: 18 Mar 2026
2) The last date of lodgment : 19 Mar 2026
3) Date Payable : 01 Apr 2026

Remarks :

ICULS holders who submit their ICULS Conversion Notices to the Company's Registrar, Aldpro Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. on or before 9 March 2026 will not be entitled to the coupon payment.

Non-resident ICULS holders will be subjected to withholding tax.
