The Board of Directors of Jentayu Sustainables Berhad ("JSB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Board has approved the merger of the Board Audit Committee, Board Risk Committee, and Board Sustainability Committee into a new Board Committee known as "Board Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee" with effect from 5 March 2026 to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Board in discharging its duties.

The Composition of the Board Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee of JSB is as follows:
