Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 08 September 2025 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of NexG Bina wishes to announce that the Parties had, on 05 March 2026, mutually agreed to extend the period of the agreement for another six (6) months.
The new expiry date for the execution of the Agreement(s) will now be 07 September 2026, or any further period as mutually agreed in writing.
