We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 12 January 2026, 3 February 2026,11 February 2026 and 25 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Offer as well as the offer document dated 3 February 2026 which contains the details, terms and conditions of the Proposed Offer (“Offer Document”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Offer Document.

On behalf of Sunway, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, via its letter dated 4 March 2026, approved the listing of and quotation for the Consideration Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Offer on the Main Market of Bursa Securities subject to the following conditions:

1. Sunway and Maybank IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Offer;
2. Sunway or Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with the certified true copy of the resolutions passed by the shareholders at EGM approving the Proposed Offer;
3. Sunway and Maybank IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Offer; and
4. Sunway and Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Offer is completed.
