We refer to the announcements dated 18 November 2025, 22 December 2025, 14 January 2026, 29 January 2026, 24 February 2026, 27 February 2026 and 3 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that the SSA has become unconditional and was completed on 27 February 2026 following the fulfilment of all conditions precedent stipulated in the SSA.
The Consideration Shares have been listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities on 4 March 2026. Accordingly, the Proposals have been completed.
