Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 12 February 2026, 19 February 2026, 20 February 2026, 23 February 2026, and 26 February 2026 in relation to the proposed Extraordinary General Meeting intended to be convened by 15 individuals on 27 February 2026 (“Proposed EGM”) and the Originating Summons filed by Datuk Haji Beroz Nikmal bin Mirdin ("Plaintiff") against Jentayu Sustainables Berhad & 15 Ors ("Defendants"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company’s Announcement.

The Company wishes to state with absolute clarity that –

1. The Company had on 2 March 2026 received written confirmation from the lawyer of the 15 purported Requisitionists that the proposed EGM scheduled to be held on 27 February 2026 was not proceeded with; and
2. The Company had on 3 March 2026 received written confirmation from the solicitors for the Plaintiff that the Originating Summons will be withdrawn. Further, the Company has been informed that the Plaintiff’s solicitors had on 3 March 2026 informed the High court of the Plaintiff’s intention to discontinue the Originating Summons and that the 1st, 2nd and 4th Defendant has no objection to the same.

In view of the foregoing, the Company confirms that the matters relating to the Proposed EGM are no longer subsisting and there is presently no Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled pursuant to the said requisition.
