On 24 February 2026, a case management took place at the Court of Appeal in respect of the Plaintiff’s appeal of the dismissal of its application to amend the Amended Statement of Claim. The case management concluded on 3 March 2026.
At the case management, the Court issued the following directions: (i) The hearing of the appeal is fixed on 4 January 2027; and (ii) A further case management is scheduled on 22 December 2026, for the parties to update the Court on compliance with the directions regarding the filing of written submissions, executive summaries and bundles of documents.
