The Board of Directors of Gadang (“Board”) wishes to announce that City Version Sdn Bhd (“CVSB”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 3 March 2026 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Tanahmas Kapital Sdn Bhd (“TKSB” or “Vendor”) for the acquisition of a parcel of freehold land held under HS(D) 565071, PTB 24422 Bandar Johor Bahru, Daerah Johor Bahru, Negeri Johor (the “Said Land”), for a total consideration of approximately RM75.48 million only (the “Purchase Price”). The acquisition of the Said Land is referred to as “Proposed Acquisition” in this announcement.
