Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company’s announcements in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A.

Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement dated 25 March 2022 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company triggering the prescribed criteria pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“MMLR”).

The Company had on 11 February 2026 obtained its shareholder’s approval for the Proposed Regularisation Plan at its extraordinary general meeting. The Company is currently in the midst of implementing the Regularisation Plan.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) on the above matter as and when there are material developments.
