Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 2 January 2026 and 3 February 2026. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the earlier announcements.

The Company is working on the regularisation plan to address the Company’s financial condition. As announced by the Company on 13 November 2025, the Proposed Listing shall form part of the regularisation plan that is in the midst of being formulated together with its Sponsor, as part of an overall effort to address the Company’s financial condition and to regularise its GN3 status.

As at the date of this announcement, the regularisation plan has not been finalised. The Proposed Listing is intended to form part of the preliminary framework of the regularisation plan and may be supplemented or varied with additional proposals as the plan develops. The finalised regularisation plan will only be announced upon deliberation and approval by the Board. The Company shall make the necessary announcement in relation to the development on the above matter.

The Company has approximately three (3) months to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval.
